Overheard
Seriously addicted to my classes with Basic Training. All of the trainers know exactly how to tailor the workouts specifically to your needs and abilities. Coming off an ACL injury Basic Training has helped me recover so much more quickly. I usually attend classes with Alex Ho in Hayes Valley but like to mix it up occasionally with a Saturday morning 90min session in the Presidio. Both are tons of fun and always give me a great burn. So happy I ditched my gym membership. Highly recommended.
